Pestaim guna acuan Silikon

~Assalamualaikum~

Hari ni nak citer pasai acuan silikon...dah lama rembat acuan warna merah ni tapi duk terperap dalam gobok. Hari tu ada tengok Hasue letak N3 pasal benda alah ni. Baru ler datang keingininan nak mencuba...kalau idak, agaknyer acuan tu masih lagi duk dalam kotak kat gobok..wakakakakaaa..
Alhamdulillah, takde melekat kat mould ni walaupun Tun tak sabar2 nak keluarkan semasa kek masih suam2.hihihi....

Pertama kali menggunakan acuan ni, agak jakun juga la kan..yang risaunye kot2 effect kat kek yang dibakor tu. Kalau acuan ni mencair ker haper, takper kira masuk ajer la tong sampah, kan.hihihi..Ni kenyataan orang yang zero dalam bab2 acuan silikon ni harrr..hehehehe..

Okies, berdasarkan Tips yang ada kat leaflet Tupperware (Tupperchef Silicone Forms) mengenai acuan silicone ni..

1). Tupperchef Silicone Forms withstand temperature extremes from -25 Degrees up to 220 C and can be used for food preparation and storage in the freezer, microwave and in conventional oven.

2). In then Oven or Microwave
  • Place the empty mould on the oven tray or plate of microwave.
  • Depending on your recipe, very or little or no fat is needed to grease the mould.
  • Pour mixture into mould and spread evenly.
  • Please take care when removing the Silicone Forms from a microwave or conventional oven and always use gloves.
  • let the cake cool down in-between 5 to 10 minutes before taking it out of the baking form.
  • Before removing the cake, gently strech the silicones all around so the cake comes loose before you turn it upside down.
  • Than just squeeze it inwards from the outside or bottom.

3). In the Freezer
  • Create ice cube, ice cream or frozen food in great shape.
  • To make sure that the mould stays level, place on a tray before pouring mixture. Place in freezer.

4). Use and Care
  • Before first use, wash with warm soapy water and make sure it is completely dry.
  • It is recommended to wash the form by hand with detergent before every use to improve the non sticking characteristics.
  • Dishwasher safe.
  • Dry well before storing.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, knives or other sharp utensils in contact with Tupperchef Silicone Forms.
  • Do not put on the stove or close to a grill.
  • Avoid temperature above 180 C for preparations with chocolate in order to minimise possible staining.
  • In general, staining can accur when food is burnt. However, this will not effect the performance of the silicone material.
  • Do not use baking sprays. By using them, the fat can stick to the surface of the silicone form that becomes difficult to clean.

Mula2 tu kek ni tak cukup garing kat tengah dan bawahnyer..sebab Tun pergi tukar letak api atas ajer..huhuhuu...sebb takut hanguih kat bawah tu..wakakakakaaa..padahal takde pun.ituler akibatnyer...diriku yang jakun..hahah.apapun ini merupakan pengalaman yang pertama menggunakan silicone mould.
